Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, discounted items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
