Thank you for shopping with OTAY.

After your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 8–10 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. OTAY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at otay.support@gmail.com so we can help look into the issue. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages after shipment, we will do our best to assist you.
